From Addons > Phox WHMCS Template > Demos Tab > Import the required Demo style for you. Navigate to your WHMCS Admin, click on “wrench” Icon > System Settings > Addon Modules > Choose “Phox” and click on Activate, then click on configure and add the required permissions for your groups, and click “Save Changes”. Choose General > Ordering > and choose Phox. Choose General > Template > and choose Phox. 
Navigate to your WHMCS Admin, click on “wrench” Icon > System Settings > General Settings. open Module folder and upload “Phox_templates” to your WHMCS “/whmcs/modules/addons/…”. open “OrderForm” folder and upload “Phox” to your WHMCS “/whmcs/templates/orderforms/…”. open “Template” folder and upload “Phox” to your WHMCS “/whmcs/templates/…”. 
you will find “WHMCS” Folder and inside it three sub-folders “Template”, “OrderForm” & “Module” Click the Configure button, tick the Full Administrator check box and press.
After downloading the files from ThemeForest. Click the Activate button next to OnApp Billing module. Please make sure that template version, which you are trying to install is compatible with your WHMCS installation! Download Files
